Summa to combine claims, clinical data for quality control

Ohio-based Summa Health Network, two national insurers and one regional insurer will use MDdatacor's CareInformatix system to compare claims-based data with clinical data to impact clinical practice and improve care quality. The focus will be on using evidence-based, clinical quality measures to monitor chronic conditions, cancer screenings, smoking cessation, immunizations and ADHD.
