Eaton looks to score $1 billion in stimulus work

Eaton Corp. expects to net about $1 billion in stimulus contracts by the end of 2011, company officials said. Eaton has already received about $100 million in stimulus funds and should benefit further from its involvement in stimulus-friendly industries such as hybrid electric vehicles and smart-grid technologies.
