Liberal policies alter legal climate for small firms

Forbes columnist and Philadelphia lawyer Rob Bovarnick writes that he erred last year in predicting the Barack Obama administration might be one of the most liberal the country has seen in decades. In fact, "this government may be the most liberal in the history of the United States," he said. Making predictions for 2010, Bovarnick points to changes involving employee discrimination complaints, elimination of secret ballots in votes to form unions, bankruptcy laws, tax increases, nationalized health care, government involvement in mortgages and net neutrality.
