Nonresidential construction spending could drop by 13% this year

Spending on nonresidential construction could see a 13% drop in 2010, according to a forecast from the American Institute of Architects. "Another bad year is the bottom line, but there are some prospects of recovery as we get into 2011," said the organization's chief economist.
