Paper predicts air travel trends for next 10 years

Chronic delays will continue to plague U.S. airspace while more tourists take to outer space, according to USA TODAY's predictions for air travel in the coming decade. The paper also sees advanced turboprop aircraft gaining market share among regional carriers, while more efficient wide-body models will bring additional overseas flights to smaller hubs such as Cleveland and Memphis.
