Report: U.K. property outlook is mixed

King Sturge, a real estate consultant, released a report suggesting rents in London could rebound by as much as 10.5% this year. But the report also warned property values in the United Kingdom could collapse again by 2012. "The bubble seen in the second half of last year, helped by inflows of funds to investors, will soften in the second half of 2010," head of investment Neville Pritchard said.
