E-book offers tips on avoiding hunger while losing weight

Registered dietitian Crystal Petrello teamed up with two other women for a diet e-book called "But I'm Hungry!" that offers tips on eating healthy foods that taste good and are filling. The book talks about how blood sugar levels affect hunger, combining carbohydrates with protein or fat to stay full longer and the importance of whole foods over processed products.
