As Mark Zuckerberg grew into his role as CEO of Facebook, he reached out to 66-year-old Washington Post Co. CEO Donald Graham for guidance. Since then, the two have become friends and mutual advisers. Zuckerberg has shadowed Graham to learn management, and Graham turned to the young Facebook chief for new-media tips. "Don will have ideas and questions that he'll want to bounce off Mark and similarly Mark takes counsel from Don," a Graham family confidant. "They have a very close relationship that focuses on business issues and dilemmas."
