France's malls make changes to bring in crowds

So Ouest on the outskirts of Paris is one France's newest malls, a collection of 102 stores and 10 restaurants anchored by a 165,000-square-foot hypermarket. The mall, which is on track to attract 10 million visitors in its first year, is an example of the way France's mall developers are reinventing shopping centers to convince digital-age consumers to keep going to brick-and-mortar stores.
