Intel is said to bump up performance of Atom "Valleyview" processors

The "Valleyview" version of Intel's low-power Atom processors will have significant performance enhancements when it is introduced late this year, according to slides available on the 3DCenter.de website. The system-on-a-chip device reportedly will run at 2.70 gigahertz or higher, according to this article. Intel didn't comment on the report.
