Shell's grounded Alaskan rig can be towed, officials say

Royal Dutch Shell's Kulluk rig, which ran aground off the Alaskan coast last week, has been refloated and can now be safely towed, officials said. Previous efforts to connect the rig to a tow line were thwarted by bad weather. Shell and Coast Guard officials have detected no signs of leaks from the rig so far.
