FCC receives hundreds of comments over in-flight cellphones

The Federal Communications Commission has received hundreds of comments over a plan to lift a ban on in-flight use of cellphones. The majority of comments oppose cellphones on planes, although some people say the airlines should decide the matter. "Policies should be determined by the airlines and their customers -- just as they are determined on other forms of public transportation," writes Lawrence Kraukauer.
