Nestle is selling Joseph's Pasta Co., which makes frozen pasta and sauces for restaurants, to private equity firm Brynwood Partners. The move is part of Nestle's efforts to streamline its business. "The decision to sell Joseph's Pasta was driven by our increased focus on Nestlé USA's retail brands," said Hannah Coan, Nestlé USA's vice president for corporate and brand affairs.
