Quickserve chains look farther afield for sporting chances

Quickserve chains that have grown in global markets in recent years are also expanding their horizons when it comes to seeking out sports marketing opportunities. McDonald's has sponsored the Olympics since 1976 and the World Cup since 1994; Papa John's has several international sports sponsorship deals; and Quiznos' partnerships include a sponsorship with NFL Canada.
