Schools adjust menus for students with dietary restrictions

School nutrition professionals in some Florida schools report a growing number of students with food allergies and other dietary restrictions. In response, some schools are adapting and preparing alternate meals and replacing some ingredients that could otherwise make students sick. Some schools also are listing ingredients, so students are aware of what they are eating.
