Video advertising company Innovid has partnered with Cisco to develop second-screen ads that target TV watchers based on keywords in real time. Cisco will work with cable operators to identify keywords in programming and then offer ads to consumers on mobile devices based on what is being said or discussed on the TV screen at that moment.
