Study: Working out enhances brain's response to low-fat meals

Study participants who jogged for an hour showed higher activity in the brain's reward centers when shown pictures of low-fat foods and lower activity when presented with photos of high-fat meals, research indicated. The results appear in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition.
