British Growing Less Enthused About Organic Produce

A study by U.K. market research firm Mintel shows that despite an increase in organic produce sales, British consumers are developing negative views about organic foods. While organic sales currently account for 1.5% of total in-home food and drink sales, Mintel warns that a static consumer base could threaten organic foods' potential.
