St. Louis teachers call for strike Jan. 19

St. Louis teachers have threatened to strike Jan. 19 if a new contract that took effect over the union's objections last month is not amended. According to union President Mary Armstrong, issues of contention include health and benefits, as well as the lengthening of the school day and term.
