Hyundai awards $735M media account to Initiative

Hyundai Motor America has selected Initiative to oversee media duties for the automaker's Hyundai and Kia divisions. The Interpublic shop bested incumbent Aegis Group's Carat and Havas Media in a review. According to TNS Media Intelligence, the U.S. media spend for the Hyundai and Kia brands totaled $735 million in 2006.
