Presidential hopefuls agree: NCLB needs improvement

Six years after NCLB was signed into law, every candidate running for president, Democrats and Republicans alike, agree on at least one thing: The law needs some adjusting. In the view of Democratic candidate Bill Richardson it would be best if the law was scrapped; even Republican Mitt Romney, a self-proclaimed ardent supporter of NCLB, says the law needs some tinkering.
