Report: Experts update advice to prevent babies' allergies

The American Academy of Pediatrics revised its earlier suggestion for mothers to avoid cow's milk, eggs, fish, peanuts and tree nuts while breast-feeding, because there is no convincing evidence that doing so will prevent infants from developing food allergies, asthma and allergic rashes, a report said.
