Fizzy Lizzy fighting New York's "obesity tax" proposal

The founder and CEO of the Fizzy Lizzy sparkling-juice company is urging New York legislators to reject a proposed 18% tax on carbonated beverages. "Instead of mindlessly demonizing carbonation, the tax, if any, should be based upon objective nutritional criteria such as calories and sugars per ounce," she said.
