Teachers assisted in managing student discussions by new software

Technology-enhanced student-discussion software can develop students' critical-thinking, social and communication skills, say the European researchers who developed the model. The Argunaut software tracks how much students contribute and measures the sophistication of their responses, allowing teachers to better manage small-group discussions.
