Experts are seeing a growing black market for veterinarian drugs, from steroids and narcotics to tranquilizers and lethal euthanasia drugs, that can be dangerous for humans even to touch with bare hands. Two safes containing powerful drugs were recently stolen from a veterinarian's office in Alva, Fla.
