N.H. House seeks to make antifreeze unpalatable

The New Hampshire House has voted to give makers of antifreeze an October 2011 deadline in meeting new manufacturing guidelines that call for antifreeze to contain an agent to make it unpalatable, in an effort to protect pets and children from ingesting it. The bill now moves to a second House committee for review.
