Report: Most docs on track for meaningful use of EMRs by 2011

Eighty-five percent of more than 1,400 health care providers interviewed by KLAS believe their electronic medical record systems will help them achieve meaningful use by 2011. However, many respondents noted their EMR systems still lack reporting functionality, patient access to medical records and the ability to share data.
