Health care costs remained low for 3rd straight year

American health care costs were at historical lows for a third straight year in 2011, according to a report from HHS. Health care costs increased by 3.9%. The report notes that Medicare spending in 2011 grew faster, and Medicaid and hospital spending slowed.
