Study: Orange juice is linked to a better diet

A study in Nutrition Journal says moderate consumption of 100% orange juice is associated with a better diet and can help people consume the recommended amount of fruit. Nutrients in the juice include folate, potassium and vitamin C, said the lead researcher, Carol O'Neil of Louisiana State University.
