Why newspapers should take a hard look at daily publishing

The trend toward less-than-daily print publication has taken hold in parts of the U.S. and at regional U.K. papers, and it may be only a matter of time before one of the U.K.'s national newspapers cuts back, as well, writes Jasper Jackson. The key factors that will determine the outcome are paper and personnel costs and whether enough advertisers stay with print.
