Are branded videos seeing a dip?

Global users watched branded videos 1.71 billion times in the third quarter of 2013, with electronics accounting for nearly 317 million views, according to a report by video analytics company Visible Measures. But overall views were down from 1.92 billion from the prior quarter. Still, eMarketer predicts that U.S. spending on paid video ads will jump 39.5% this year.
