BlackBerry goes back to the future on keyboards

BlackBerry's interim CEO John Chen said Monday the smartphone company would focus on producing devices with keyboards rather than touch screens, a move designed to keep its focus on the corporate market. Chen also won a vote of confidence from AT&T. "We're supporting their efforts to continue being a viable supplier," Ralph de la Vega, the carrier's mobility chief, told an interviewer. Also, BlackBerry hired former Ericsson executive Ron Louks to run its devices and emerging solutions unit.
