Researchers develop nearly invisible ultrathin device

Researchers at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology have developed an ultrathin IC that is transparent, using parylene and a vinyl variant as the polymer materials. The flexible circuit was attached to a contact lens and potentially could serve as a sensor to measure eye pressure, among other applications.
