Study: Physical activity helps prevent teen obesity

Physical activity more than two times per week can help prevent teens from becoming overweight, according to a study. Extracurricular "wheeled" activities -- such as biking or roller-blading -- four times a week reduced obesity risks by 48%, and school-based sports activities three to four times a week reduced obesity risks by 20%.
