$7,500 bonuses for National Board Certified Teachers in jeopardy

South Carolina lawmakers are considering a state budget that freezes teacher salaries for one year and reduces bonuses paid to National Board Certified Teachers. Officials said it was unclear how much the revised bonuses would be, but said that all NBCTs would get an equal share.
