President-elect Barack Obama's call to give small businesses more tax relief is good for the economy, says Brian Reardon of the S Corporation Association and a former special assistant to President George W. Bush. He also says Congress needs to include small-business tax relief in its economic stimulus plan, increase capital available and change tax rules to encourage small businesses to sell appreciated assets for investments and allow foreign investment.
