Madrid begins construction on City of Justice

Madrid, Spain, has started construction on the City of Justice, a complex that gathers 15 of the Madrid region's judicial facilities onto one site. Designed by Javier Frechilla and José Manuel López-Peláez, the City of Justice features all cylindrical buildings. The 50-acre site will be the largest judicial complex in Europe upon completion.
