Manufacturers roll out quieter, more fuel-efficient leaf blowers

Manufacturers have begun to roll out quieter leaf blowers in response to noise restrictions put in place by many communities. New leaf-blower models operate at noise levels of 65 and 70 decibels, as opposed to older models, which can operate at 70 decibels and above. Manufacturers are also producing more fuel-efficient models of leaf blowers to curb carbon emissions.
