Pennsylvania governor signs table-games bill

Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell on Thursday signed legislation that legalizes table games at the Keystone State's nine casinos. Casino owners have been making plans for adding table games since last year and could have them installed in six to nine months. Nemacolin Woodlands in Fayette County also applied for the state's last resort casino license, joining three other applicants.
