Economists evaluate the ticket system at Next

Chef and restaurateur Grant Achatz' Next restaurant in Chicago sells a limited number of tickets at $100 apiece, but prospective guests have been known to pay up to $3,000 to resellers, a fact that has economists questioning the restaurant's pricing strategy. Next says it wants to charge a fair price, but some economists say the fair market value is what somebody is willing to pay.
