Number of air travelers caught with guns is rising, TSA says

The number of firearms detected at airport checkpoints has continued to climb since 2007, the Transportation Security Administration says. The agency last year found an average of nearly four guns a day, most of them discovered in carry-on bags, it says. Most travelers found with a gun say they had forgotten about it, the TSA says.
