Report: Workers increasingly feel pressured toward unethical behavior

The percentage of workers who say their employer has pressured them to violate company or legal rules has reached its highest point since 2000, as 13% of workers say they've felt pressure to break rules, according to a report by the Ethics Resource Center. Compared with historical norms, perceived whistle-blower retaliation is high and worker misconduct is low, the report indicated.
