D'Ambrosio resigns, Lampert to take the reins at Sears

Sears CEO Lou D'Ambrosio has resigned the post after two years, and Edward Lampert will step into the post, the company said Monday. Lampert, who hired former IBM executive D'Ambrosio to beef up the retailer's tech presence, says that he believes investments in Sears' loyalty programs and other technology innovations will eventually pay off.
