Former AOL, Neustar exec is appointed COO of MPAA

Diane Strahan, who has worked at companies such as AOL, MCI and, most recently, Neustar, has been appointed chief operating officer of the Motion Picture Association of America. "Technology, innovation, industry alliances and audience engagement play increasingly important roles as the motion picture and television industry continues to advance into a new era. Diane's leadership talent will be a major asset for the MPAA," said Chris Dodd, chairman and CEO of the association.
