Kingston poised to debut first-ever terabyte flash drive

Kingston has made it possible to carry a full terabyte of data in your pocket with the introduction of the DataTraveler HyperX Predator 3.0 -- being touted as the world's first 1 TB USB 3.0 flash drive. The drive, slated for commercial availability in the first quarter, boasts read/write speeds of up to 240 Mbps and 160 Mbps. A 512 GB version of the drive that is currently available retails for $1,750.
