Managing past your workers' weaknesses

No worker is perfect, but managers who learn to focus on their employees' strengths, provide regular feedback instead of waiting until a performance review and lead by example can work around employees' weaknesses. Other tips: Instill a culture of open communication in the business, create a positive atmosphere, and match workers to the jobs that take into account their skills and weak spots.
