The MediSafe Project app is showing healthy results. The app uses cloud-based delivery of alerts to patients and caretakers on when and how much medicine to take. Eight weeks after launch, users report a "medication adherence" rate of 81%, a figure 31% higher than the World Health Organization's estimated average. "MediSafe Project's involvement of patients' loved ones and caretakers is proving itself a breakthrough in reducing the harm that comes from medication non-adherence," says Omri "Bob" Shor, MediSafe Project's chief executive.
