Midwest Wind Energy can now proceed with its 75-megawatt Broken Bow Wind II project in Nebraska after Congress extended the wind-energy Production Tax Credit. "There are several business decisions that play into the schedule (turbine purchasing, sale of the asset to equity, etc.) but the PTC was the last remaining stumbling block," he said.
