Five of the 10 states expected to add the most jobs this year are in the west, according to Moody's Analytics. The improved jobs outlook in states such as Arizona, Colorado, Oregon, Idaho and Utah is being attributed to factors including steady home construction and investments in the high-tech and aerospace industries. In addition, Moody's economist Mark Zandi is predicting the U.S. economy will reach full employment within three years.
