Students in pilot snack program reach for fruits and veggies

About 64,000 children in five states are participating in the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Fruit and Vegetable Pilot Program, designed to encourage children to eat healthier snacks by offering them a wide variety of produce choices. At Cleveland's Orchard Elementary School of Science, the entire student body is graphing its favorite fruits and vegetables, which include red pears and pineapple.
